X Conference is dedicated to providing its attendees with the most comprehensive, actionable, and enjoyable experience it can, and that starts with hosting you at a gorgeous, top-tier venue. We believe medical cannabis can profoundly change people’s lives for the better and we value the people who are making it happen. That’s why our conference destination will be at Ta’Qali Malta this year. Invited to host by the Maltese government, it’s located in the central Mediterranean Sea, this is a place full of excitement and inspiration. Though it is popular with tourists, Ta’Qali is a wide-open space full of green and vegetation, fresh air and blue skies, and surrounded by clear water and amazing beaches. If you’re looking for paradise on earth, you don’t have to look much farther than Malta.

The island is also a perfect location for our conference because of its acceptance and legalization of medicinal cannabis. The Maltese Parliament, recognizing its power and positive therapeutic impacts, amended its Drug Dependence Act (Treatment not Imprisonment) March, 2018 to include a bill that would allow family doctors to prescribe medical cannabis to patients. It also allows the patients to access non-smoking forms of medicine at pharmacies with a prescription. It’s a hugely important step, and one the X Conference applauds.
